Stock up for Spring Break with some awesome new books, AND help raise money for JVF's outdoor learning spaces!
The JVF PTSO has partnered with awesome local business Split Rock Books in Cold Spring to put on a virtual book fair! Split Rock will generously donate 20% of children’s book sales to the school during this one-week event! All proceeds will go toward purchasing classroom equipment and supplies for JVF’s outdoor learning spaces this spring!
This is the perfect time to find some new books ahead of our upcoming school Read-A-Thon in May!
You can shop online or in-person:
- Online — The Split Rock team have put together a fantastic selection of children’s books online, organized by grade level and genre. Click here to check it out — make sure to use code JV FORRESTAL at checkout! You can choose contactless curbside pickup at the shop or have your order shipped to you.
- In-person — You can also set up a browsing appointment and purchase books in person (one household at a time, adult supervision required). All in-stock children’s books can count toward the book fair. Make sure to mention the JVF Book Fair at your appointment!
Please note, only children’s books are eligible for the book fair. If any of your chosen books are not in stock, it can take up to two weeks for them to arrive.
